FRANKIE – COMPANION
Breed: Fell cross
Colour: Dark bay
Gender: Gelding
Height: 13.2hh
Date of Birth: 1998
Medical Conditions: Cushings and heart murmur
Foster Donation: £100
Story: Frankie and another pony, Elsa, were illegally fly grazing on Thames Water Authority land back in October 2002. They were relinquished into the care of EHPPS once the requisite 14 day notice period had expired. Frankie went on to spend many years out on foster as a rideable pony before retiring as a companion.
Personality: He is a really sweet old man. He can get very attached to his field friend. He loves a fuss and attention. He sometimes forgets his age and can be strong when he feels like it.
Experience: He is good for the farrier, good in the stable and good to be groomed and fussed over. Frankie is a real sweetheart and generally an easy horse to deal with.
Type of home: He needs a home where he can live an easy life where he gets all the love and fuss he so badly deserves. Frankie just wants to live his days eating with his new bestie. He does require a Prascend tablet daily to manage his Cushing’s.
