Story: Autumn came into our care, along with her friend Lola via our friends at New Hope Animal Rescue in January 2025. Both girls were very nervous on arrival, but Autumn was definitely the most timid and scared.
Personality: She is a sweet but shy pony. She can be a little cheeky at times but gets on well with all her field companions. She is currently in a mixed herd.
Experience: We’re not sure what this little lady went through prior to her arrival here at the beginning of the year. She has made good progress but is still a little timid. She can be difficult to catch but can be bribed with a treat or too. She benefits immensely from consistent handling. Autumn will allow you to groom her but can be very nervous on her side and her legs. She requires sedating by the vet to have her hooves trimmed. We are currently working towards her accepting her feet trim with just oral sedation but she really needs the one to one time and attention.
Type of Home: Autumn is searching for a human with lots of patience and understanding, Someone quiet who is in no rush to ask anything of her. We know there’s someone out there for her, we have everything crossed that she finds them.
