BANJO – RIDDEN PROPSECT

Breed: Welsh Pony
Colour: Dark Bay
Gender: Gelding
Height: 11.3hh (Still growing)
Date of Birth: 17 May 2020
Medical Conditions: None Known
Foster Donation: £250

Story: Banjo was a month-old foal running with his mother, JoJo and 10 other Welsh ponies when they were relinquished into the care of EHPPS. There were 8 mares and 4 foals in total. The 8 mares had spent their lives roaming on the Welsh hills with no handling and were very timid. One of these mares is a permanent resident at the sanctuary due to her fear of people and reluctance to be handled. The 4 foals on the other hand were rather bold and sociable.

Personality: He is a very handsome lad, loves attention and can be a bit pushy at times, but has a lovely attitude.

Experience: Banjo has only recently returned from foster due to being too him being too small for the fosterer to bring on. He is very experienced in long reining and lunging and happily leads around with a rider on board. He is good to catch and handle

Type of home: Banjo will go far in the right hands. He is a very handsome and well put together young man and at only 4 years old, still has growing to do. A very smart little fella who takes everything in his stride. We don’t think this lovely lad will be available for long.
